Som en klub med sin helt egen intime atmosfære, der smager af New York i de gode gamle dage, er CCC med sin store publikumopbakning på op til 100 gæster ad gangen, hurtigt blevet et populært fristed for det københavnske standupmiljø til både klubaftener, open mikes og soloshows.

Vi er på hver 1. og 3. torsdag i måneden og tager 50 kr i entré.

Horse Orchestra is a very special band on the modern Nordic jazz scene. The band members succeed in combining parts of the history of jazz with modern barrier-breaking musical experiments. In Horse Orchestra's universe classical 1920s New Orleans meet 1960s freejazz as well as hiphop and modern classical music, and it all ends up in an original, post-modern style that has no equivalent on the Nordic jazz scene

Horse Orchestra consists of seven young musicians from Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and the band is a testimony to a new generation of musicians who master their musical historical legacy and try to help modern jazz music reach new heights

For Horse Orchestra humor is just as important an element as the instrumental equilibrism and the compelling compositions. In this way, the humorous and flourishing music is so infectious that you happily engage with the orchestra's occasionally extreme tonal experiments

Horse Orchestra has performed in Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Germany, England, Serbia, Hong Kong, China and South Korea

Tjant's music is a reflection of the musical styles the members of the. group are involved with at any given time. The current Tjant line up,. consisting of Heðin Ziska Davidsen (guitar, synths, electronics) Mikael.

Blak (bass, synths, electronics) and Per Ingvaldur Højgaard Petersen
(drums, drum programming, electronics) are all active as producers and
musicians with acts like Eivør, Marius Ziska, Kóboykex, Klingra,
Elinborg and Yggdrasil to name a few. These various musical expressions
all encourage various approaches to music making and performance and
these various approaches are combined in Tjant. The outcome is
improvised electronic rock varying from melodic to frantic expressions.

The High Society's musik kommer af en kærlighed til old school soul og R&B med masser af plads til blæsere, støvede analoge keyboards, sprøde guitarer og funky trommer.

Bandet blander den gamle soul-lyd med acid-jazz og funk og henter inspiration i blandt andet afrofuturismens spacede temaer, ligesom de benytter sig af både cracked beats og skæve taktarter. Dette skaber et univers som kredser om eksistentielle temaer udtrykt gennem både tekst og musik. Bandet er et udvidet familieband med den dansk/filippinske sanger Xander Calasahan i front og Otto Sidenius og Kristoffer
Sidenius som producere. Live er der både plads til full power soul og og legende og improviserede - soul music der både går i hjertet og hjernen, og ikke mindst får dine fødder til flytte sig!
